Glimcher Capital Group (“Glimcher”) is a boutique development, investment and advisory firm focused on real estate investment and development, restaurant and hospitality development and other private equity opportunities. The firm partners with institutional investors, family offices and high net worth investors to target off-market acquisitions, ground-up development projects, distressed debt opportunities, turnaround situations and other investments offering opportunistic level returns.

Based in Westport, CT, Glimcher specializes in providing GP capital to, and partnering with, best-in-class operators faced with projects that require creative structuring and execution. Glimcher also offers third party consulting services in the areas of deal structuring, deal negotiation, financial modeling, budgeting, performance review, capital markets consulting, tenant mix optimization, asset optimization and conflict resolution amongst others. Currently, Glimcher is developing the residential portion of Titletown on behalf of Titletown Development, LLC, the real estate development arm of the Green Bay Packers. Titletown is a nearly 45 acre parcel of land located just to the West of Green Bay's iconic Lambeau Field. Currently, Titletown contains a large public park and plaza with outdoor games and fitness activities; a winter skating rink and tubing hill located at Ariens Hill; the four-diamond Lodge Kohler hotel; the Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine & Orthopedics Clinic; Hinterland Restaurant and Brewery; and TitletownTech, a one-of-a-kind partnership with Microsoft.

Glimcher Capital Group was founded in 2010 by Daniel Glimcher, a veteran investor, developer, attorney and operator. Integrity in all of its business dealings is the foremost operating philosophy on which Mr. Glimcher founded the Company.
